助眠遮光罩 Light Shield for Improving Sleep

夜間光照會妨礙睡眠, 傷害健康. 如果夜間睡眠環境難免有光, 如果不喜歡戴接觸眼睛或臉部的眼罩, 可剪裁紙箱製作遮光罩. 遮光罩可限制在枕頭上移動, 避免脫離枕頭. 遮光罩上可加繩子, 以便手提, 也可用來掛簾子. 相片例:

* 若使用更大的紙箱, 紙箱可直接放在床上, 枕頭可放在紙箱內.

** 若使用簾子, 需留足夠通氣空隙, 以免二氧化碳濃度過高. 

*** 可將紙箱下部角落的洞稍微擴大, 以便排出比空氣重的二氧化碳. 可將紙箱上部角落的洞封閉遮光.
