曾讀到關於 Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (是拉差香甜辣椒醬) 的報導, 很想嚐嚐. 可是在超市看到的都很大瓶, 也不想用餐廳桌上擺的醬料, 所以一直沒嚐.

日前在海洋另一邊的超市看到 9 oz. (255 g) 小瓶, 就買了一瓶. 果真豐富了食物的色、香、味.

因為成份包含亞硫酸氫鈉 (防腐劑), 可能不適合呼吸道有問題的人.
