九五峯景 Nine Five Peak Views

升降美林中,
Ascending and descending in the beautiful forest, 

順階登小峯.
We followed steps to ascend this minor peak.
青山繞北市;
Green mountains surround Taipei City; 
雲彩綴晴空.
Colorful clouds decorate the sunny sky.

* 即使只登小峯, 仍有很多美景. Even if one gets to ascend only a minor peak, there are still a lot of beautiful views to be enjoyed.

A track/tract helps senses;

魚米同煮 Fish and Rice Cooked Together

魚米共電鍋,
Fish and rice are steamed together;
蛋蔬同微波,
Eggs and veggies are microwaved together; 
玻碗兼鍋具:
Glass bowls also serve as pots: 
免油省洗鍋.
No cooking oil is needed, and few containers are to be washed.

* 電鍋裏, 矩形玻璃容器由2個小瓷碟架起(以免貼合鍋底), 矩形容器中有魚、1杯米、1杯水、薑黃粉、黑胡椒粉, 圓形容器中有1.5杯米、1.5杯水、五香粉, 而電鍋(外鍋)加了3杯水. 煮熟後, 部份魚和飯盛入熟菜蛋的玻璃碗作一餐; 其餘魚和飯盛入其他玻璃容器冷凍, 食用前加入菜和蛋(蛋黃須戳破/打散)一起微波.

冷凍香蕉 Frozen Bananas

剝皮入軟袋,
Peeled and put into a soft bag,
冷凍熟香蕉.
Ripe bananas are frozen. 
多週仍美味,
Tasty even after weeks,
口感如雪糕.
They taste like ice cream bars.

* 用軟袋(如夾鏈袋)裝香蕉, 以便容易地將連結的冷凍香蕉折開.
